London is an amazing Metroplex. It is really a bunch of communities all in one conglomeration connected by The Tube. The City of London, for example, refers to the Financial District. This is where the banking, investments, and major corporate decisions are often made. Belgravia is filled with the diplomats from around the world with a location near Buckingham Palace. Knightsbridge is where the museums, posh living, and Harrods reside. Chelsea, Mayfair, and South Kensington are residential with the services that fit the finer side of life. Hampstead Heath is surrounded by a village atmosphere barely north of the city. Notting Hill, mainstreamed to pop culture by the movie, is a place where book store owners can wed mega-stars. Royal Ascot and Wembley involve high-end sporting and other events, thus are surrounded by the higher-classes. Westminster not only serves as a government center but also is the home to Scotland Yard. Most could be cities or towns of their own, but are all a part of the tapestry for a massive city on the Thames.

WHAT WE NEED TO KNOW

WHAT IS THE REASON?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY? IS CURRENCY OR LANGUAGE AN ISSUE?

We need to know the type of venue you will have and where in the country you will be. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose approprate options and have a better feel for the resources required. Likewise, we deal with international companies with employees from all over Europe. We can accept different currencies and can operate in other languages as needed, though this may be an additional cost. Most of our events are in English, as that is an area that we specialize in that many other companies do not.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to underbuild and not provide enough service to achieve you goals when your budget could allow those options.
