Europe Corporate Team Building Events, Banquets and Private Parties

THEY improv is a leading provider of corporate events, private parties and banquets entertainment as well as business consulting through team building workshops, bonding activities and skills training throughout the US. Many of our clients are multi-national companies and look to work with us abroad. Nowhere is this more common than in Europe. We created this website to help facilitate such shows.

Because we are a US based company, this raises questions and we created this page to try to help explain the process for booking our group. Of course you can always also contact us to ask us anything you are curious about.

We can now consult for companies throughout Europe, through associations with local performers in London, Manchester, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Barcelona, Lisbon, Florence, and many other locations. Hiring THEY improv allows the best that the US has to offer through our consulting while utilizing the best talent in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, as well as others in various locations throughout Europe.

First, it's important to understand how we operate. We consult with your group to find out what you need and to provide you with an approach that will work. Next we do a lot of going back and forth with your group, the venue and lastly the performers for your event. This portion is mostly done from the United States. You will be contracting with a US entity for the purpose of the event and then we will be hiring local contractors to perform the actual event. That is a separate transaction from your hiring our group.

Murder Mysteries

Our cast of detectives, mysterious suspects, and plots are customized to our clients at venues of their choosing. We have different approaches to fit almost any group.

Game Shows

We engage the competitive spirit by challenging audience members to do battle in front of their friends and coworkers. Ask us about your particular needs and we can come up with a version for you.

Improv Comedy Shows

Improvisational comedy is a great way to have an ensemble entertain your group in a relaxed atmosphere. We can use this to get people laughing and having a shared experience.

Talk Shows

A slightly more formal approach for larger groups can be a talk show to discuss issues of importance or simply put people on the spot to provide humor.

Team Building Workshops

Getting employees to work together while potentially training for specific skill sets is what we do. Allow us to analyze your needs and come up with a plan!

Activities

From Scavenger Hunts to Mini-Olympiads or other group activities, we have a selection of programs that can get people working together in unique ways.

We come to you wherever you are. Of course, this includes the major cities such as London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona, Berlin, and Lisbon, but we also serve all major tourist destinations that are used for corporate meetings and incentives retreats including Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast, Mallorca, the Algarve, The Alps, Pas de Calais, and just about any other place you can think of.

SOMETIMES NON-LOCAL

There are some circumstances that we might use personnel that are not local. This may need some documentation and other procedures for the production. If your company has the means to assist in the process, it could reduce the cost to your company. Just let us know. This is only when local talent can not perform the requested functions.

We operate as a 50/50 entity. This means that 50% of the fee is due at the time of contracting for the event. The last 50% is due one-week prior to the event. Due to the international nature of the transaction trying to collect after the fact is made very difficult and is not a possibility. We have a sterling reputation and the damage to our reputation for not performing and then attempting to keep the money would be far greater than our fee would be worth.

UK

The United Kingdom speaks English. While America says they speak English, we understand the difference! There are some things that we can teach the originators, though. We have developed team building techniques in the New World that can help enhance your company in ways you have yet to imagine! We can cover all of the UK, whether in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

France

While many consider the French as being unfriendly to Americans, the reality is much different. There are many American companies operating in France and the employees need entertainment forms that cater to them and like having activities that can be shared with their Franch counterparts!

Germany

Most Americans think of German and remember the phrase "Tear down this wall." We do this every day! Our focus is to help to tear down the walls that separate employees and bring them together in unique and special ways. This includes Berlin, Munich, Hamburg, Cologne, Bonn, Frankfurt and everywhere else.

Portugal

Portugal is an amazing country with a rich history. There are many Ex-Pats living here that look to get a bit of home entertainment when possible.
