Otherwise we'd have Christmas Parties on X-mas day. Instead, it's about celebrating the year that was and taking time outside of the office to appreciate the efforts of those in attendance. We also can play things tongue in cheek where Santa is the victim in a murder mystery. All of our options are meant to be fun and adjust to the audience at hand. CHRISTMAS PARTIES

Office holiday parties have expanded beyond December. Due to the difficulty of finding venues, expense, and the association with Christmas, many companies are holding their celebrations in January. From entertainment to emceeing your gift exchanges, ask how we can enhance your celebration!

NEW YEAR'S EVE PARTIES

Ending one year and looking forward to the next has always been important for companies. New Year's Eve parties have become a very different way to celebrate for businesses, sometimes with clients invited, while bonding everyone in unique ways. This has also become a way to get virtual teams together to bond, as such get togethers have become more rare. We can help you to ring in the New Year like no one else!

HALLOWEEN PARTIES

Companies have started celebrating Halloween as a way to get employees together. It's seen as being non-religious and just good old fun and an excuse to party and bond! Costumes and alcohol flow as the evening progresses. We have approaches for game shows, improv comedy, and murder mysteries that are themed to All Hallows Eve. Added elements can include costume contests, carnival elements, etc. Let us work with you to take your Halloween to the next level!

VALENTINE'S DAY PARTIES

Celebrating Valentine's Day, though often not on February 14th, is an opportunity to invite significant others and show them some appreciation. This allows them to socialize and get to know each other. Allowing teams to feel more like family is a great way to bond to help foster a more congenial work environment and redue employee turnover. This builds loyalty to the company as the company is seen to be looking out more for the employees and taking more of an interest in their home lives.

We consult with you to discuss your event and bring the best options based on our conversations that are custom-tailored to your group. This can include a variety of activities from murder mysteries and game shows, to fun characters and comedy.

Murder Mysteries

Our cast of detectives, mysterious suspects and plots are customized to the holiday and adjust to your your desires. We have different approaches and themes to fit almost any group. We can also have the bosses play the characters and they go table to table and talk to everyone at the office holiday party. It's a great way to fight silo mentality.

Game Shows

We engage the competitive spirit of partygoers and get them playing with one another and enjoying the fun. These are a lot of the TV styled shows as well as customized formats that we can create just for your employees and are adjusted to the holiday. We can also use these for team building without them knowing.

Improv Comedy Shows

Improvisational comedy is a great way to have an ensemble entertain your group in a relaxed atmosphere. We can use this to get people laughing and having a shared experience and even incorporate your people in the show in scenes customized to the office holiday party and the employees and significant others in attendance.

Talk Shows

We can bring provide talk shows to put your people front and center and be interviewed about the important things in their lives. For a show amount of time, they're the celebrities on the red carpet!

OUR GREEN COMMITMENT While ultimately we serve our clients in the way that they require, we work hard to reduce the carbon footprint of any event. We recycle, utilize local talent when preferable, and look to leave places better than we found them. When we do travel, we take pains to reduce our impact on the environment.

WE COME TO YOU !
We come to whatever venue that you choose. This can include any area restaurant, hotel, conference facility, convention hall or even someone's home. We work with the venue to ensure a smooth operation. This includes working with their team to coordinate their sound, stage and lighting. We can provide sound equipment, etc., as well, but for an additional fee, though we usually opt to use the venue's equipment. Of course for smaller groups, no equipment is required and not using microphones enhances the intimacy of the show.

This includes Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. Though Norway, Albania, Switzerland, Türkiye, and the UK are not part of the EU, we certainly serve events throughout the region. UK

The United Kingdom speaks English. While America says they speak English, we understand the difference! There are some things that we can teach the originators, though. We have developed team building techniques in the New World that can help enhance your company in ways you have yet to imagine! We can cover all of the UK, whether in England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

France

While many consider the French as being unfriendly to Americans, the reality is much different. There are many American companies operating in France and the employees need entertainment forms that cater to them and like having activities that can be shared with their French counterparts!

Germany

Most Americans think of German and remember the phrase "Tear down this wall." We do this every day! Our focus is to help to tear down the walls that separate employees and bring them together in unique and special ways. WHAT IS THE OCCASION?

The first step is to determine your needs. This includes potential goals, desires and concerns. The more we know about what has already been decided can allow us to narrow the conversation to approaches that interest you.

WHAT ARE THE DETAILS? WHERE? WHEN? HOW MANY PEOPLE?

We need to know the city where the event will be as well as what kind of venue might be used. A date, or date range, for when you would like to have this and what time frame you are looking for will help to determine our commitment and availability. Knowing the size of your group, though that will likely just be an estimate, will allow us to choose appropriate options and have a better feel for the resources required.

DO YOU HAVE A BUDGET IN MIND?

If you know budget limitations, that can allow us to restrict the conversations to those options that will be within your financial constraints. This works in both directions. We don't want to overbuild and propose options that can't be done. Also, we don't want to provide less than we could realizing the resources that could be made available to better achieve your goals.
